Let me know at least 24 hours before your session and we'll reschedule at no charge. Less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show without contact, means the session is forfeited.

No. All payments are final. Sessions are live and your time slot is reserved specifically for you. If you're unsure whether this service is right for you, ask questions before booking, I'm happy to chat.

Yes. I teach you how to use generative AI to enhance your learning, not to cheat. We don't generate essays for you. We teach you to use generative AI as a study tool and thinking partner, in line with your institution's policies.

Both. Virtual sessions run over Google Meet and are open to anyone in Canada. In-person sessions are available at public venues (coffee shops) in North York, between Finch and Sheppard. I provide location options.

Most clients feel confident after 2 to 3 sessions. We assess together after your first session, no pressure to commit to more upfront.

Start with Gemini Free if you want to try it first. We recommend AI Plus for most sessions. AI Pro is more than enough if you've already got it. Ultra is only worth it for the extra storage and features, that's your call. Plans and pricing: gemini.google/subscriptions.

Your laptop, your actual project or content, and a willingness to learn by doing. I'll guide you through everything else. A phone or tablet alone isn't sufficient for hands-on work.
