GAIME Start Learning is committed to Ethical Generative AI Use. You are here to learn how to use generative AI tools to enhance your thinking, not to replace it.
Termination for Violations: If during a session I determine you are attempting to use generative AI in violation of academic integrity policies, I reserve the right to stop the session immediately (no refund), terminate our coaching relationship (remaining package sessions forfeited), and decline future services.
GAIME Start Learning is a generative AI coaching service focused on helping individuals build real, practical generative AI fluency. Primary focus is Google Workspace generative AI — Gemini, NotebookLM, and AI features across Google Workspace. General prompt engineering principles covered in sessions apply across all major AI tools, so if you use ChatGPT, Claude, or other platforms, foundational concepts transfer. Technical support for non-Google platforms is outside scope.
Educational Coaching: Explore tools like Gemini and Gemini Notebook to improve personal productivity, learning, and creative workflows.
Hands-On Learning: Live demonstrations with your actual content, screen-sharing guidance while you practice, strategic discussions about what's possible, and custom examples relevant to your goals.
Creative Applications: Turn documents into podcasts or study guides, analyse videos without watching them fully, brainstorm ideas and overcome creative blocks, use generative AI for roleplay scenarios and problem-solving.
Technical Support: Fixing Google account settings, troubleshooting software, resolving sync issues, or IT helpdesk services.
Software Development: Code review, debugging, building apps, or ongoing technical maintenance.
Professional Services: Legal advice, financial planning, medical guidance, or subject matter expertise outside of generative AI tools.
Rates depend on track. AI Fluency is priced separately from Solo Founder & Leadership Focus (same rate for both).

Small organizations, teams, and workshops are quoted after a consultation — email mee@gaimestart.com with your challenge for pricing.
Accepted Methods: E-Transfer (Interac), send to mee@gaimestart.com, include your name and "GAIME Start" in the message. Cash accepted for in-person sessions in North York only.
Payment Schedule: Payment is required in advance to secure your session slot. Calendar invites and Google Meet links are sent only after payment is received. For packages, full payment is required upfront.
24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, let me know at least 24 hours before your session and I'll find a new time at no charge.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows without contact, forfeit the session. You'll need to book and pay for a new session.
Package Flexibility: Package sessions have no expiry dates. We coordinate scheduling via email at your pace.
Emergency Exceptions: True emergencies are handled with empathy and flexibility. Communicate as soon as you can and we'll work it out.
No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. I offer rescheduling flexibility, not refunds. If you're unsure whether this service is right for you, ask questions before booking.
Unused Package Sessions: Packages don't expire, but unused sessions cannot be refunded.
By booking a session, you agree to:
Come Prepared: Have your laptop and necessary accounts ready. Bring specific examples or projects. Test your Google Meet connection before virtual sessions.
Participate Actively: Share your screen when requested. Ask questions when something is unclear. Practice techniques between sessions.
Respect Boundaries: Use session time for coaching, not technical support. Accept that I teach you to use tools, not build them. Understand that generative AI outputs must be verified by you.
I teach you to use generative AI tools effectively, but I cannot guarantee: 100% accuracy of generative AI outputs (you must verify), that generative AI will solve every problem perfectly, specific outcomes or results, or that your institution or employer will permit AI use.
Technology Requirements: You are responsible for access to Gemini and NotebookLM, a stable internet connection, a working laptop with screen sharing capability, and any necessary software licences or subscriptions. We recommend the Gemini AI Plus plan for most sessions, though the free tier works to get started. See current plans at gemini.google/subscriptions.
Professional Advice Disclaimer: I am a generative AI coaching specialist, not a lawyer, financial advisor, doctor, licensed therapist, or subject matter expert in your field.
What I Collect: Name, email, and contact information for booking. Session notes to track your progress. Examples or content you share during sessions.
What I Don't Do: Share your information with third parties. Store sensitive personal data beyond session notes. Record sessions without explicit permission. Use your content for marketing without consent.
Your Content: Any documents, projects, or examples you share remain yours. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Your Work: You own everything you create, with or without generative AI assistance. I claim no rights to your projects, essays, or outputs.
My Materials: Session recordings (if made) are for your personal use only. My teaching methods and frameworks remain my intellectual property.
AI-Generated Content: You are responsible for properly attributing generative AI use per your institution's policies. You accept full responsibility for what you submit or publish.
I reserve the right to update these Terms & Policies at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued booking after changes constitutes acceptance.
