Termination for Violations: If during a session I determine that you are attempting to use AI in violation of academic integrity policies, I reserve the right to stop the session immediately (no refund for that session), terminate our coaching relationship (remaining package sessions forfeited), and decline future services.
This is a Creative Strategy and Productivity Coaching service focused on helping you use Google's AI tools effectively.
Educational Coaching: Explore tools like Gemini and NotebookLM to improve personal productivity, learning, and creative workflows.
Hands-On Learning: Live demonstrations with your actual content, screen-sharing guidance while you practice, strategic discussions about the "Art of the Possible," and custom examples relevant to your field or goals.
Creative Applications: Turn documents into podcasts or study guides, analyze videos without watching them fully, brainstorm ideas and overcome creative blocks, and use AI for roleplay scenarios and problem-solving.
Technical Support: Fixing your Google account settings or permissions, troubleshooting software installation or updates, resolving sync issues or technical errors, or IT support/helpdesk services.
Software Development: Code review or debugging of your applications, software engineering or custom development, building tools, apps, or systems for you, or ongoing technical maintenance.
Professional Services: Legal advice or document review, financial planning or investment advice, medical or health-related guidance, or subject matter expertise outside of AI tools.

Accepted Payment Methods: E-Transfer (Interac) - Primary method for virtual sessions. Payment instructions sent via email after booking. Include in message: Your name + "GAIME Start". Cash - Accepted for in-person sessions in North York/Toronto only.
Payment Schedule: Payment is required in advance to secure your session slot. Calendar invites and Google Meet links are sent ONLY AFTER payment is received. For packages, full payment is required upfront.
Proactive Communication = Flexibility: If you need to cancel or reschedule, reach out as soon as possible. I understand things come up. As long as you communicate proactively, we'll find a new time that works for both of us.
No-Show Policy: If you don't show up to your scheduled session and haven't contacted me, the session is forfeited. You'll need to book and pay for a new session.
Package Flexibility: Package sessions have no expiration dates. We coordinate scheduling via email at your pace—just maintain proactive communication.
Emergency Exceptions: True emergencies (medical crisis, family emergency, etc.) are handled with empathy and flexibility. Just communicate as soon as you can, and we'll work it out.
No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. I offer rescheduling flexibility, not refunds. Sessions are live, time-bound, and scheduled specifically for you.
Unused Package Sessions: While packages don't expire, you're responsible for scheduling and using your sessions. Unused sessions cannot be refunded.
Before You Book: If you're unsure whether this service is right for you, please ask questions via email before booking. All sales are final once payment is received.
By booking a session, you agree to:
Come Prepared: Have your laptop and necessary accounts ready. Bring specific examples or projects to work on. Review any pre-session materials sent to you. Test your Google Meet connection before virtual sessions.
Participate Actively: Share your screen when requested for hands-on practice. Ask questions when something is unclear. Practice techniques during and between sessions. Follow up on action items.
Respect Boundaries: Use session time for coaching, not technical support. Honor the academic integrity agreement. Accept that I teach you to USE tools, not build them. Understand that AI outputs must be verified by you.
I teach you to use AI tools effectively, but I cannot guarantee: 100% accuracy of AI outputs (you must verify), that AI will solve every problem perfectly, specific outcomes or results, or that your institution/employer will permit AI use.
Technology Requirements: You are responsible for having access to Gemini and/or NotebookLM, a stable internet connection for virtual sessions, a working laptop/computer with screen sharing capability, and any necessary software licenses or subscriptions.
Professional Advice Disclaimer: I am an AI coaching specialist, not a lawyer (legal advice), a financial advisor (investment guidance), a doctor (medical guidance), a licensed therapist (mental health support), or your subject matter expert (you are).
What I Collect: Name, email, and contact information (booking purposes). Session notes to track your progress. Examples or content you share during sessions.
What I Don't Do: Share your information with third parties. Store sensitive personal data beyond session notes. Record sessions without explicit permission. Use your content for marketing without consent.
Your Content: Any documents, projects, or examples you share remain yours. I may use anonymized examples for teaching (no identifying info). You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Your Work: You own everything you create, with or without AI assistance. I claim no rights to your projects, essays, or outputs.
My Materials: Session recordings (if made) are for your personal use only. Templates or resources provided are for your use, not resale. My teaching methods and frameworks remain my intellectual property.
AI-Generated Content: You are responsible for properly attributing AI use per your institution's policies. I am not liable for how you use AI-generated content. You accept full responsibility for what you submit or publish.
I reserve the right to update these Terms & Policies at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued booking after changes constitutes acceptance.
